I think the value of this app is to allow users to talk about their deep dived topics that they are not comfortable talking without being anonymous so majority of them have no reason to do so in their non-native language (assuming majority is not a native English speaker) as that would just mislead their nuances.

Why did you want to make this tread active?

At the moment there doesn’t seem to be much benefit to posting in English. Posts in Japanese will reach a wider audience and get more responses.

English is my preferred language so would love to see the circle grow, but for now that’s just not what I come to this app for.

As for topics, it would be interesting to hear about the experiences/problems of others whose first language is not Japanese but I guess there aren't that many international users on this app.
