An opportunity with USJ's Digital and Technology team is an experience like no other. From developing state-of-the-art theme park locations in Orlando, Hollywood, Beijing and Japan, to new destinations, like our Halloween Horror nights themed destination in Vegas and a kids park in Frisco… our teams are at the heart of the new and innovative digital technologies that power our guest and team member experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with our business partners and product teams to understand the requirements that drive the technology solutions we will deploy and analyze key requirements needed. You will engage in the testing cycles of those solutions to align and drive that the design meets the original set of expectations. You are part of a global team that is consistently looking at ways to enhance the experience for guests, from planning their trip to their in park visit, to their post return while driving the best experience all around.
As part of the Digital and Technology team, you will work in a global and multinational team atmosphere, with team members that come to work with us, from various countries. You will engage with not only team members but with multinational vendors that support our destinations and experiences across the globe.
After joining the company, you will gain a basic understanding of the latest technology for our theme parks and overall in park ride solutions. Not to worry, we will work with you to refine your business system analysis skills. Your role will be responsible for reporting to management both in Japan and within the US. Regardless of your length of service, you will be involved in operations with other parks around the world and will be able to grow significantly.

職務内容
Our mission is to encourage users in adopting new system services to achieve company goals and vision a competitive theme park business by eliminating their psychological anxiety/resistance.
This role will engage with key business stakeholders such as operations, finance, marketing and conduct communication efforts to inspire new system deployment. This role will focus on developing clear and effective communication materials with alignment to business goals, tracking progress and supporting learning initiatives to roll out new systems with sufficient explanation and training.
1.) Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing, communications) to ensure alignment of messages and the efficient rollout of transformation initiatives.
● Develop and deliver clear, concise communication materials tailored to different stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment with business goals and transformation objectives.
● Ensure senior leaders within the Business Transformation team are kept up-to-date on progress and have the necessary tools to communicate changes to their teams.
2.) Learning and Training Strategy Development:
● Create and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that supports system implementation and business process changes.
● Develop impactful learning content (e.g., training manuals, guides, e-learning modules) that aligns with new systems and processes.
● Design and deploy training initiatives that ensure employees are well-prepared to navigate new systems and adopt new processes.
3.) Training Logistics & Execution:
● Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, content delivery, and facilitator coordination.
● Ensure training materials are accessible and user-friendly, ensuring all employees can easily access and utilize training resources.
4.) Progress Tracking & Reporting:
● Track and report on the progress of training initiatives, gathering feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
● Measure the effectiveness of learning content and training sessions, making adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
5.) Learning Support:
● Offer ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and offering guidance as they transition to new systems.
● Ensure that learning materials are updated regularly to reflect any changes in processes or systems.
応募要件(必須)
● LANGUAGE:
Ability to use both Japanese and English in business
● EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
● EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience in change management, learning content development and training deployment.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics and tracking.
3. Proficient in analyzing business process changes and their training implications.
4. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
